The agency is headed by Jim and Ronda Toth, a married couple who formed The Legacy Group after 25 collective years experience in the corporate world of health insurance and business consulting. Jim and Ronda built the agency slowly brick by brick with a foundation strong in integrity and follow-through. We recently expanded our services to include a full portfolio of insurance products that offers a “one-stop” shopping experience and complete client care. Along with this expanded product line, we have added to our office staff and are prepared to help you with every insurance need.
Our goal is to take some of the burden off of your shoulders by helping with your human resource demands so that your time is freed-up. For the small business owner, we know that there are many roles that only a handful of people play. We will guide you in the process of making insurance choices that are needs based and budget friendly. We also make the process easy for your employees. We are happy to assist in enrollments, terminations, benefits reviews, benefits communications and recommendations, and one-on-one questions that your employees may have.
