Who We Are
Five years ago Jim Toth left a nine-year career at Anthem Blue Cross and Blue Shield to start his own health benefits company, Legacy Health Benefits. To find a partner in business, he turned to his wife Ronda. With her software background and logistical experience from 15 years in corporate, Ronda is the perfect match. Both Jim and Ronda have established themselves as leaders in the health insurance industry because they stick to their areas of expertise — health coverage for individuals or small groups.

While Ronda focuses on small group insurance, Jim concentrates on individual health coverage. Our consulting services often help our clients see significant premium savings or the advantages of one plan over another.
